I've been purchasing from Me In Mind for years. The Checker Slips are great. My baby sports some of the coolest slips ever. The elastic band around the heal works very well, so they don't slip off my daughter's feet. The designer has really thought this product through. Simple yet functional! Once your baby starts walking you can upgrade to a larger size. On larger sizes like the L or XL it comes with a rubber sole. Call it forward thinking.

These shoes are very stylish and cute. The inside of them is a soft terrycloth, the outer a padded fabric and the sole is a very thin soft and flexible rubber. These shoes are a tad bit on the wide side but overall pretty dang cute. The only thing I will say as a con is that they say on the sole that they are not intended for outdoor use. So, unless your baby does not yet walk or you intend for them to be super hip house shoes, they are not worth the price. I have loved all other "Me In Mind" brand products that I have purchased and these shoes are adorable, I only wish they were outdoor shoes.
