Sized small

My daughter is in a size 13 and I bought a 13.5 and she could not even come close to get her foot in them. She was so upset. I returned them and ordered a size 2! we will see if these fit!!!

Would only fit a VERY narrow foot!

I bought a size 11 for my daughter who is a size 10. Her foot does not even come close to fitting into the shoe. She tried hard to make it work and so did I. They are so cute she was in tears when we finally had to give up. She even had welts from trying to shove her foot in! I wondered if she had suddenly shot up sizes or her feet had gotten wide so I printed out a size guide and she is exactly a size 10/10.5 and dead middle for width (exactly normal). She is a skinny kid too, so I think most kids are not going to fit in these shoes (much less with socks!).

Daughter loves them, our 2nd time buying these

My 7 year old absolutely loves these. I will say she has very petite feet, and narrow ones at that. She wears an 11-11.5 in her shoes, and the 11.5 fit her great, with some room. Not sure what the review about mis-sizing are, no problems here.We had another pair (different color) that were size 11, those fit her fine as well.Our only challenge is that she does have narrow heels, so there can be some slipping if she doesn't wear the right type of socks.

Nice shoe

We love the Tsukihoshi brand and have purchased numerous styles. I bought this style for my son, who runs everywhere. They're lightweight and washable - the only negative thing is that they started to fall apart after only 3 months of wear. Otherwise this brand is great.

Favorite Kids Sneakers

Each of my three children have a pair of these sneakers and it is the second pair of these for one of them. Tsukihoshi Sneakers are their favorites ever! They run about 1/2 size larger than other sneakers they've worn but once you get the right size, the fit is great, they are super light-weight and comfortable, and easy to slip on. And you can wash them in the washing machine!

Durable and well made as expected

Tsukihoshi's are great. We have yet to be disappointed with a pair. The first pairs the family has owned have only recently been retired after 3 or 4 hard on shoes children have worn them. If only they would make adult shoes. The Poseidon's have the trademark stitching and the lower half being rubberlike helps my daughter that hates wet feet feel more comfortable on rainy days. The fit is good these are easy to clean. I expect to see these around for a while, and not because they have been sitting on a shelf.

perfect for wider feet

This is our second set of the Neko shoes (first was in size 5, and now 6). They are incredibly cute, well made, and perfect for my son who has a wider foot (though he doesn't wear W). The first pair we bought at a boutique shop that fitted him for shoes. He loves them, and now at 18 months he can put these on and off himself. LOVE THEM!

Attention Grabbers

My 9 year old wanted these for her birthday. "Everyone" at school wears Toms and she has wanted a pair for months. I never purchased them thinking the fad would pass quickly enough, but unfortunately they're still around. We went to a local store to try on the pair she wanted to make sure I got the right size. She normally wears a kids 13, but the 12.5 was the right size for the glitter shoes. They were VERY hard to get on, but the store clerk assured me the glitter ones normally go on more difficultly at first, but after a few uses they stretch and will be easy to slip on. The store didn't have gold so I had to go online to purchase.My daughter loves these shoes. No question at all. She wears them at least every other day, if not more. Why only 3 stars? After 3 weeks of wearing these shoes, she STILL needs a shoe horn to pry the shoes on and she has very slender feet. I thought that for sure by now they'd be easier for her to get on. Secondly, the teensy, little stretchy part at the top of the foot that is supposed to make it easier to slip on gives her blisters. In order for her to wear these shoes she requires a) a shoe horn and b) band-aids to prevent blisters.Bottom Line: She gets compliments on them everywhere (I think they're heinous looking, but that doesn't really matter) and she loves them. They need to make the stretchy part at the top bigger to make it easier to get these things on.

Skechers rule, last forever, fit right, look great!

I've got 6 year old twin boys and I have learned that Skechers are the only shoe that can keep up with them, they out grow them instead of wearing them out. They love how they fit, wide or thin foot! Besides, they look awesome!!! What kid wouldn't want them. I've paid $50 for Nike but the $30-40 Skechers outlast them all.

Broke apart after 2 1/2 months!

While we loved the look of these shoes, they simply do not last! I received this purchase in early May and it is now late July and already I need to search for a new pair of shoes for my 4 year-old. There are worn holes on the bottom of both shoes and a rip in the seams on the top of one shoe by his toes. I am appalled that Skechers would make shoes this flimsy. I wish I could get my money back! I would give it 0 stars if it was possible. DO NOT buy these shoes if you want shoes that will last.
