I bought these in person for my 2-yr old last summer, and am getting the next size again this year. These shoes are great! They are just one piece of rubber inside and out. Very light. They float (handy in a dock/boat situation), they don't stink, and they are MUCH cuter than Crocs. Their sizing is a little weird though. For some reason this style runs wider, perfect for my son's fat feet; if your kid has regular-to-narrow feet, you might be better off with the Jefferson style.

The Native shoes are awesome. My three year old son is able to put the shoes on by himself and is able to do everything in them unlike other similar shoes that are made from similar material. I highly recommend natives for preschool as the children are able to climb, play in sand/dirt, and the shoes are able to get wet and dry quickly.

I got these for my one year old last summer. Loved them. I wanted an alternative to watershoes so I would have less to pack on vacation. These worked great on the beach (easy to rinse out unlike watershoes) and doubled as daytme shoes as well. She wore them the rest of the summer. Warning if you have a rough toddler the rubber will wear off. My daughter drug her feet on the sidewalk while in a toddler car and most of the white wore off. I had read other reviews and was aware this could happen so I wasn't upset. Great for the environment and my kid!
