I knew DC's ran small so I ordered a size bigger then I needed for my niece. It was still to small :( lucky for me I have 2 nieces and they fit her little sister so at least I didn't have to go threw the whole return process. Other then running VERY SMALL they are GREAT sneakers that hold up very well and I would recomend buying them at a mall where you can try them on
