Ok...summer is coming and we are going on Spring Break vacation. My eight year old has used her sneakers to death b/c she has gym 3 days a week and is always running around being a kid. I decide to buy a "clean" new pair for our vacation so when photos are taken she looks "crisp". She will only wear these light weight skecher brand b/c she complains all the others are too heavy and weigh her down when she is running. Ok, no problem. I would rather spend my $ on sneakers she will wear as opposed to ones that will decorate her closet floor.Well...based on the picture of the above sneakers I thought I hit the jackpot when I found the sneakers in what I believed to look like a cool white color. When they arrived and I took them out of the box, I was literally like someone made a mistake and packed the wrong sneakers. Well after I looked back at my order, I realized the mistake was mine b/c I did not read the description which clearly states the color of these are GRAY/LIME. The gray is REALLY GRAY...oh well, I am stuck with them and my daughter likes them anyway so it is ok. I just wish Skecher made these type of sneakers in white.

My daughter wears sneakers daily and the elastic on one broke today, after only one month of wear. Would not recommend.
