To be fair, I received these today and am promptly returning them to Amazon, so I'm not reviewing based on extended usage. These could have been a great shoe, especially for fall and winter, but they fall short (literally) in an important area for protecting little ones' feet, and that is the length of the front part that goes over the toes and top of the feet. Why See Kai Run did you make this part of the shoe so short? My little one needs more of the top part of her foot protected and these shoes barely cover her toes. This makes no sense to me and is, in my opinion, a design flaw. Otherwise these shoes are adorable, black with pink accents, sturdy like a tennis shoe but could be used to dress up an outfit if need be. If they were designed like a traditional Mary Jane, they would be perfect. What a waste.

My daughter is 11 months old and has small feet so she still wears a size three. It is so hard to find size three shoes with hard soles, plus she has chubby feet so mary janes work best. These fit her perfectly. She's been wearing them for a week and they still look and fit great.

Great shoe for a child that has chubby feet. She can even take them off by herself because of the easy velcro (she's 18mo)
