I ordered these shoes for my daughter and they are super cute and when she saw them online she chose them immediately.Unfortunately I ordered them two sizes to big. So I did a return to sender through FedEx in which they came, I never opened the package just gave it back when another package came. It wasn't until I was checking my cc statement that I realized I hadn't received a refund.So I contacted Amazon and they directed me on what to do. I no longer had the tracking information so shoes.com basically said their was nothing they could do unless I presented them with tracking info. Needless to say the package had been received at their facility on the 10th of July. After they had repeatedly told me through 8 corresponding emails that they never received my package. I'm happy to say I am receiving my refund now after having to jump through hoops.
